★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went into the lake country location and had a chance to meet the owner and her daughter Bailey. Amazing shop!! Bailey explained the oils and the vinegars and showed us how to make some combinations to taste.
The flavours and the combinations are almost endless. The product and the care and attention to the shop is impeccable. The love of the business and product is evident through the amazing service we received. This is a must see and taste. I am sure we will be ordering more product online as we could only take so many bottles back to Edmonton this trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite the wonderful products Olive us has to offer, I was appauled when I felt discriminated against while viewing their show room. Despite the medical excemption and the advice of my Doctor not to wear a mask, I was told I was not welcome in the store without a mask on. Ironically at the same time offering samples to other customers who had to take off their masks (standing right next to me) to try the samples. When I asked to speak with someone about this clear double-standard, I was told I was welcome to wait outside in the cold to place a online order for curb side pick up. The owner came out and told me there was no room for dialogue or discussion on the matter, and that as a former "healthcare worker" she had more knowlege then myself. How pompus and arrogant!
My Family does not tollerate discrimination and we teach our children to do the same! We will not be supporting this business untill they clean up their act!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a lower score I would...we used to shop there and by hundreds of dollars worth of product..we will no longer step foot in the store. They kicked my wife out even though she has an exemption and was wearing a mask over her mouth...rude and ridiculous rules

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even during a global pandemic I was pleased to experience the Olive Us usual high standard of safety and cleanliness, generous supply and stock and awesome customer service! I went in for one item but came away with a sweet gift for my Mom too that was boxed and wrapped free of charge. It’s always a pleasure to browse and sample and the staff have lots of creative ideas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time in Olive us! Its a lovely shop with a lot of specialty oils. I was looking for a unique gift set for a friend and stumbled upon their white truffle oil. I had a sample and it was amazing!! Found the perfect pairing gift set with their garlic olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Store was well organized and had lovely decor. Staff were friendly and helpful with my purchase. Very covid safe shopping experience. They also provided handy recipes for the truffle oil and gift wrapped my items. Great place to shop if you're looking for a functional gift they also have some unique kitchen wares and serving plates. I didn't try and of their salt rubs but they looked very savory.
