No hidden fees, and he provided helpful operating advice in a unrushed manner.
Besides the pride of ownership clearly evident as you walk through the door, Brian actually talked me out of buying some accessories, explaining why I really didn’t need them.
In this world of up-selling, it’s evident that Brian and his wife are dedicated to establishing long lasting relationships with their customers, built on honest dealings and stellar customer service.
This is a local business that deserves to succeed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So we were looking to purchase 2 Vespa 300 Scooters and called around to several dealers. With out a doubt the best place to make the purchase was BDM. Brians attitude and follow up thru the whole transaction was amazing. When we arrived after driving about 4 hours everything was ready as advertised and my wife and I had a great experience. The Scooters were already to go the information given during the orientation was spot on. I had to load both units in my truck and I believe it was Kevin from BDM that helped me and made sure all was well before we left for home. Thanks for everything guys!!

They are super nice and so willing to share there wisdom. Garret the Sales guy is the best
He made things super easy adjusted my new z650 customized it and the best part was the smile on his face because he was really happy that I got my dream bike. He spent weeks talking to me pricing things out Took at least a 100 different phone calls answering every thing in full detail.
I'm super happy and Ryan the owner is a super nice man plus let's not forget the service staff and the mechanics are licensed fully certified not punks who have tools like other shops close by.
If you want the best experience then go to BDM period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were heading out on holidays and noted that, after repeated attempts, the back tire of my Honda motorbike was still flat. As BDM was the only dealership open on Monday we popped in there just before opening. They quickly took care of us and got us on our way. They were very gracious in their way, professional, and helpful. We would gladly recommend them to anyone no matter where they live. Others I have talked to agree with my experience. Nice to see good service is still out there and it is not just about the dollars and cents. Well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I go into bdm Vernon over next to the dollar tree, looking for a specific, high priced product that is in short supply due to covid. I browsed around a bit while waiting for buddy to notice me as he puttered around doing nothing in particular. Once he realized I was there he tended to me right away, but quickly concluded that I needed to wait for the Salesperson, who was on the phone. Thats fine, I have no problem waiting, so I made some light chitty chat with buddy (who obviously isn't busy).
After about 30 seconds of practicing my customer service on him, buddy scoffs loudly, takes me to the product, reads me the tag I already read, then storms off in utter annoyance.
I was put off enough to buy elsewhere. And to the salesfolk there: I'm probably not the only sale buddy has lost you!
