This is the best paint store ever.... I went in automatically had staff helping me find everything i needed. Any questions i had were all answered professionally and quick. There was a dreamy female employee putting stock away she also new all the answers and was bang on with knowing the prices. I will proudly wear the shorts from there. And always look forward to going in and seeing the knowledgeable staff. I cant wait to one day be closer on price of a product the then the world's best employee with the dreamy personality and ill just stop there. Beat trio ever into cloverdale paint.

I was here a couple years ago and left a 5 star review the ladies were so awesome.... I came in as i had a great experience with help and guidance the last visit which was when we painted our new store. I perfer to spend our money where we feel welcomed and understood... today was so the opposite of service and professionalism... we are about to paint our entire home and I won't spend a dime here as a result of the aweful way i was spoken to...I will not recommend this store or revisit for business or personal needs. I came to ask for help and understanding and I recieved anger and loud communication in return. The guy was just so offended that I asked about an additive for paint.... he was like never heard of it ever.... a co worker was there in the background and said I've tried to order had no luck but i do know it exiasts....it seemed to frustrate him more as I showed him what I was asking about.. he then says go ask them go ask them what paint.... not cool at all.... i didn't come to get yelled at I came to get educated about a process for painting our home with that additive from a paint store where there are usually professionals on site to assist and be able to safely ask a paint store team member as those types of questions would come up i would think...i get that on that specific area of paint isn't on his radar of knowledge in the industry but no need to react that way.... I would have spent all our painting budget for our home here if I was respected and given a fair welcome.... mind you we were in the store for 15 mins and not even asked if we needed help and we overlooked that. I don't get it... where does one go to ask about paint products if not at a specific store for painting?
