★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enrique and Thomas did an outstanding job. They were extremely efficient, friendly but totally professional. Living in a home in East Hill you are used to unexpected discoveries.. Enrique found a cold air return that had been partially cut open by a a plumber who was to unprofessional to fix it or even telling us he had done it. All fixed now and that should take care of a couple stuffy rooms. No need to contact anyone else. Enrique is the man.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi all. Craig from Purair Vernon cleaned out our vents this week. Did a great job (explained well the what, when and why) on the service. He was very engaging and knowledgeable.
Lots of drywall dust from the ‘winter build’ a year and a bit ago (drywallers ran the furnace while drywalling (bad!).
Looking forward to a less dusty new home going forward.

My mom and dad Syd and Emily asked me to say they had an excellent experience with modern purair.
Jesse and Brodie were very professional. When they arrived they walked us through the house and explained the whole process.
When they finished they showed us what they collected from our vents.
Emily said even after a few weeks she hardly had to dust and the air in the house seems fresher.
Syd and Emily has recommended Modern Purair to all their friends.
Full disclosure I just started working for modern purair at the time of the cleaning.

When the job was done Brody showed me the dirt removed from the Furnace Ducts and Dryer Duct, Wow! we now have sparkling clean ducts and feel so much better about the Air that we breathe.
