★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was highly impressed with how accommodating and helpful they were. I found out about this place because I put out an ISO on FB and the Manager, LD ( will only put initials out of privacy and confidentiality) answered that they had the item I was looking for at this location. I live in Kelowna and couldn't be out to Vernon until the next day and they put a hold on the item for me. our local store can only hold it for that day. Then when I was there the staff member were so helpful with all the rest and a very friendly gentleman was so patient and kind did all the loading for us. Great staff! great Service! Great variety of the products I was looking for ( I am renovating my kitchen)! Keep up the good work guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was told about this place when we needed a sink for our bathroom. We also found the dog supplements so my dogs have been enjoying it. The lady at the cash register was careful to tell us that they are supplements and not treats and to follow the weight requirements. We did know, but we were appreciative she did that. We just installed the sink today and are happy we could find one at that awesome price. Plus, Habitat for Humanity is a great initiative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced. Huge disappointment - some interesting stock but prices are WAY out of line for what is, after all, other people's garbage that has been donated. To Vernon residents: it's cheaper to drive to Kelowna and shop at their Habitat - better selection and much, much better prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place. I was able to replace most of my doorknobs for 1/4 of retail price. Like any second hand store, you gotta check frequently but if you aren't in a rush to do your renos, it's a great option. Plus it's easily the cheapest place in town for pull knobs. ?

Big, positive changes. Not sure what took HFH so long to get their act together in vernon .
