★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If your looking for a fun alternative to the normal dragging yourself to the gym and hating it, come to Soul Studio. Every trainer at Soul Studio is amazing, I can not say it enough. I love this place. Sereena and her team are the best in the business (they do the work out too). They walk you through it step by step so your not lost. So many different workouts that can be modified for everyone. I have never felt so comfortable anywhere else. The best part is there are so many classes a week. I always struggle with fitness and here at Soul Studio it makes me want to come and work out. This is the place to be. Definitely give this a try you won't regret it.

The spirit in this studio is something you just don’t find anywhere else. You can tell that the owner and instructors put all their LOVE into this place... it is an absolute treasure!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love soul studio. Covid has made it difficult for everyone. However Sareena worked her buns off to keep us all moving and exercising and most importantly she kept us connected. Something we all needed during this past couple years. The online virtual exercise classes were such a great thing ! I so enjoyed being a part of it all. Even now we can either go to the gym or do our virtual workout. Of course nothing beats the energy, fun, laughter and community when we are in person with the soul family. Sareena has done an amazing job creating a safe fabulous place to be! Thanks Sareena. You are special !!?❤️Judy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One studio fits all describes Soul Studio . Sareena and her team of instructors are professional, friendly, and enthusiastic. They deliver wide variety of activities to meet all fitness needs. Though no longer in Vernon, still feel connected with virtual classes with my Soul Fam.

A year later, and I’m now doing several strength classes, as well. Halfway through my goal of 80 lbs of weight loss. I feel fantastic and so wonderfully supported by the terrific, motivating, and professional staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soul Studio is a one of a kind fitness studio that treats each person who walks through those doors the same regardless of your age, size and fitness level. I've never belonged to a more inclusive fitness studio, ever! Sareena and all the Instructors genuinely care for everyone in each class - they want each person to be healthy both mentally and physically! The variety of classes that are offered and the caliber of Instructors is amazing and the support that the members give each other is so heartwarming. Who knew that you could have fun while working out - it certainly is my happy place! Vernon is extremely lucky to have this gem in our city! I encourage everyone to give it a try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can not say enough great things about Soul Studio. It is not like any other exercise facility, I have ever been to. It is welcoming, motivating, energizing, fun filled exercise studio. If you like group classes, you will LOVE Soul Studio. The instructors are personable, well-trained and they will help push you to your personal level. Sereena and her team are fantastic! Since joining Soul 2 years ago, I am physically stronger, my self esteem has improved 100%, and best of all, I have made some strong friendships. Soul really has improved my spirit, mind and body. It is my happy place.
