r	rob calhoun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy customer service, waited for a week and NEVER even heard from this company after they came and measured the space for our new kitchen. They were told we would be making a choice of companies within the week, and we were told "no problem, you'll have your estimate in a day or two" DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! So, with all of the above being out there in cyberland, and I cannot get it back, I find I must say I WAS WRONG.. Alyssa Wilcox, Design Consultant at Westwood did in fact do as she said she would, she sent the e-mail as specified, unfortunately somewhere in cyberland it still resides. No idea what happened to it. So I am going to apologize for the above review and change it to say that WESTWOOD did in fact do as they said they would and when they said they would do it. I apparently should have waited for further contact, which did happen in a follow-up email, which arrived unscathed. So I will once again apologize to WESTWOOD FINE CABINETRY for my review. If i could make it all go away I most certainly would, but it is out in cyberland and even if I delete it, it will still be out there somewhere.
M	Mandy OBrien on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I would of went some place else. My spice racks beside the range are lighter than the cabinets and I was told it was the way the light was reflecting. Not true! The dark espresso is the worst. I also have a hole on the inside of another cabinet because the hole was in the wrong spot for the door hinge I got an ugly sticker to cover it. I did call to speak with someone twice and never got a response back. Not impressed!
B	Bent Kristensen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor workmanship Poor service We recently ordered a bathroom countertop from your store, upon installing it I realised there was quite a warp from front to back [2.5mm] and there was also some small chipping on top of the backsplash. Brought it back to the store requesting a replacement, the representative I spoke to agreed and told me they would phone when the new one was ready. Next day I got a phone call from Jolene informing me the warp was within normal tolerance and they would not replace the countertop, I then requested a refund and was denied, I was also denied to speak with the general manager.

The staff that I spoke to were all extraordinarily pleasant, all of whom just wanted to help me. A very nice experience. Excellent customer service. Beautiful store, nice people and great cabinetry.

Our kitchen was designed and installed with an excellent service. Also they were the best priced in town. We definitely will recommend them to our friends and family.

In both instances the final product, effort and customer service from Westwood was outstanding. Having worked in the home building industry for years, its worth noting that it is imperative that the customer documents and details specific details of their communications and demands with suppliers to avoid any possible disagreements down the road. We had small hiccups on one job and with proper documentation, Westwood went way out of their way to make it right. Great product, good price.

We were planning a kitchen renovation to update our super ugly old kitchen circa 1963. We met Kimberly, Store manager Vernon, at the Vernon Home show in April 2018. She was efficient, punctual, and did exactly what she said she would. Great communication throughout the entire process. All the staff involved were very friendly and professional, and the install was top notch. We have been using our kitchen for just over a year now and have to say we absolutely love it!! We would use Westwood Fine Cabinetry again without hesitation. A big thumbs up for Kimberly and staff. We are thrilled !!!
