The planning that went into the project made clear that Scott and his crew were experts in the face of a daunting job. They required all electrical, removed a nightmarish sewage ejector pump and replaced it with two pump and grinder system, rebuilt our kitchen and bathroom, installed a wetbar, replaced all drywall, put in new flooring throughout, and replaced all light and plumbing fixtures. Scott brilliantly solved every problem our place threw at him with creative, and visually stunning solutions. Their craftsmanship is exceptional! They used only beautiful, high-end material. Their custom carpentry perfectly finished our unique space. They also took great care to protect the Saltillo tile that we were intent on preserving. Scott and his crew were positive and professional. We felt comfortable trusting them with our home. Throughout the process, communication was clear and easy. They completed the project for a good value, especially considering the impressive quality of their work.We will use them for any future projects. We highly recommend Smith and Sons for all renovations!
