★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going to this business for over 5 yrs . I’m always happy with anything I receive for services . It’s a family owned business which is very important to me . I’ve gotten to know the family and would recommend this place first hand. I’ve been to many services in Vernon area and this is the best hands down . My nails and toes always look beautiful ,and I’ve never had to come back because I wasn’t happy .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always get nervous to have someone do my nails, but had my first appointment here and was so happy with the outcome. I saw a girl named "Q" - she had great attention to detail and really listened to what I wanted. Tons of color selections and friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service and super unprofessional staff owners. I called for availability for a nail fill. The man basically pressured me to pick a colour as soon as I opened the door I felt very uncomfortable. I asked if they do dip powder (I am new to Vernon I don’t have a nail salon yet), he proceeded to tell me no they don’t. Twice for some reason. He didn’t ask me to sit down. He wasn’t polite at all. He started giving me direction to another nail salon that has dip powder, I asked him “your telling me to go?” He responded saying “we don’t have time to wait for you to pick a colour we have people coming in.” Ok why aren’t you filing my nails while I pick a colour. Any set of nails I showed him he said he couldn’t do. I simply got up and walked out without a word. Do better!
