★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute most horrendous nail service. Owners are horrible, I was late for my appointment and they swore and called me names. I couldn’t believe the unprofessional disgusting behaviour presented. They left me 4 voicemails after - I will NEVER recommend them, nor do I recommend wasting your time going there as their customer service or the absolute worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried this business two weeks ago and was pleased with my new nails. Although I did want gel I got acrylic. I returned for a fill and was so very discouraged and disappointed with the job she did. First it was a rush job as another customer walked in shortly after she started my nails so it was done very quickly. Well the end product was just horrible. The brush that was being used was not cleaned and had lots of guck in it which reflect on my nails. My nails have so much acrylic on them they are blobby, thick uneven and bumpy and not filed evenly…I’ve never been so disappointed .Well in two weeks I will have them removed and redone but not by this nail salon. A waste of my hard earned money. I do not recommend this nail salon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first Visit to this nsalon. I had read some reviews and they had that the man who does nails was very unpleasant and rough. I would definitely have to disagree. I personally like not alot of chit chat. Si I can just relax meditate with my own thoughts think about the dy. I had explained in my call to schedule I wanted designs and diamonds. He informed me he does all kinds. Unfortunately my husband called early and I had to be rushed so no designs today but I must day I WILL BE BACK FOR SURE. he did very good work I got a acrylic nails full set from natural nails. They have a large selection of beautiful colors anything you could want He. e didnt make the nails too thick like many nail salons have done to me in the past there smooth shaped like I wanted and right tight to cuticle so look very natural.
I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY FIRST VISIT TO THIS SALON.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The man who did my nails was not in very good spirits. He did a decent job, but unfortunately there was absolutely no cuticle care. OK place, but I will not be going back due to very poor hygiene measures. No washing of hanmen between clients. They use the same tools me as the people before .You could still see the nail dust on the files from people. There was also dust in both of the UV lights and you feel the grit on the Palm of your hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do a decent job, but … the man that does nails there, I think the owner… is not very friendly …. Not welcoming at all, you can tell he hates what he does, like it shows !! Also, he’s pretty rough, tugs rough on your hands then tells u to relax …I have went there’ a couple times over the last 6 years… each time I have had the man, he’s always been like that, it made me a little uncomfortable and awkward … gave him a tip and he never said thank you, just “yeah”, I just sat there in silence and focused on “relaxing my hands” so they wouldn’t be tugged on roughly …

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not from the area, needed a nail fill. Kaiu did exactly what I asked for, she sure has an eye for perfection .. left with my nails “on-point” ✨
It was such a great job, my husband and I went back the next day and had pedicures..very pleased with how thorough they are and we didn’t feel rushed..also a nice added touch at the end with some hot stones! The pricing is more than fair.. Vernon Crystal Nails is also Vernon City Nails
