★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. Was referred to Roko from another shop in Kelowna for a charging issue on my dodge pickup. Was back up and running in no time. Very dependable and prompt service. Rates are fair. I could tell this wasn't the first PCM bypass they have done to a dodge diesel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my vehicle in to have some wiring done on my seats. I was over charged and quite disappointed in the service. Left a mess with the wires under my seats and damaged One of my side panels on the seat. Six years of doing business and instead of being fair with the billing I was gouged over $1300.00 I will not recommend nor will I use their service ever again. Attitude is we are the only one in the area. To bad as at one time they prided themselves on customer service and being fair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seized my air conditioner and burnt the belts off my truck passing through Vernon on May 01/22. Despite being extremely busy Harald managed to fit me in and get me fixed up. Very professional, organized and extremely thorough service.Good bunch of guys. Very good to see in these times!

Was told Roko was the place to go for a reliable, honest mechanic and this has been proven to be true several times already! Harold (owner?) is so detailed and articulate in discussing your vehicle with you, yet warm and friendly at the same time. Nothing but good so far!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Roko Service Ltd., in Vernon, BC on the recommendation of two other businesses in Vernon. I was having trouble with my battery cables and at different points left my car not starting (at home and when out and about). I discussed the issue with Darren, who was very professional and kind. He had me come down so he could take a quick look and he immediately knew what was wrong and how to fix it. I booked my car in for April 4 @ 2pm and was on the road an hour later and his workmanship was amazing. While I sat in the waiting area, I had the opportunity to listen into conversation between customers and staff. The staff were very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful! I would say that Darren (who worked on my car) and the other staff at Roko Services Ltd. go above and beyond when it comes to putting the customer first and making sure their workmanship is top rate! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!! ,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very honest and informative. Took in a starter for my old tractor thinking it might be needing a mojor over haul or worse. Harold called and said it was in pretty good shape and had tested it. They just replaced a cpl parts and called back said it was done. I was quite happy at the price and service. These guys are still doing business the good old fashion way. Honest, customer orientated,and great service. Thanks guys for your help.
