R	Rob Mullaly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would suggest maybe having a bench or someplace for men to sit while their female partner is shopping and trying on clothes as in my case my wife doesn’t want me to feel bored and tired standing so she cuts her time down shopping and that is probably not optimizing sales potential for the store

We were in the North Vernon, BC location and we were treated like royalty by the sales lady there. She was very patient and looked everywhere in the store to help us find the right outfit. The staff even walked right passed me while I was holding clothes and didn't even say hi. When I was trying clothes on I needed a different size but not once did someone come and see if I needed anything. I found this experience to leave me feeling irritated.

I found the quality of items was well made and the staff is friendly, helpful and truly understands the clothing and how it fits. Nice Clean store and fitting rooms. Definitely worth stopping in! Will be back.

I find that this location is much larger than the store in Kelowna. I have a pear shaped figure which makes it a struggle to find a good fit; I can almost always find what I need at Reitmans.

s	sherry clinaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have shopped this Vernon location from the time they opened (so a long time ) I have always had really good experiences, and the one this morning was no different really helpful and found what I was looking for , or so I thought. I was purchasing what I thought was the same pair of pants in 2 different colours as it turned out ( completely my mistake) one pair was a different style and length ( I wear petite) after I was home and was removing tags to put in the wash I realized my mistake, I then put all tags in the bag and went to see if I could return/ exchange for what I wanted. Was told they normally wouldn’t as I had removed tags , but would this time ……….. but she couldn’t see 2 separate tags which there clearly was and went to talk to manager as she was new and unsure , manager did not come out to verify and I was told that they could not do the return, so I now have a pair of pants that I can’t wear , make sure you double check people. I have worked retail customer service for years and totally understand company policy but there is always something you can do for your customers.
