Do better next time

I needed to exchange some sizes so I waited with my 2 small children after checkout at our hotel until the store opened at 12pm. I went in and exchanged the items and drove four hours back home to penhold. (We don't have a store here) When I took the items out of the bag the lady had put my originally purchased items back into the bag so now I have 3 items in sizes that don't fit me. They don't have 1 of the items available online, which is workout shorts that match a sports bra that I have plus I would to pay shipping and handling for the other 2 items. I called the store and was told by the manager that could not disclose her name that her hands were tied and they couldn't do anything for me. She would try to get her manager to call me back but he was a very busy guy and he might not be able to call me back. I am very disappointed as I have worked in customer service and would have tried to remedy the situation as best as possible. I would not recommend this particular store.
