★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had many bad experiences at shoppers, for instance theor custermer service is the worse i was walking around the store to decide what i would like to pirchase and the one employee said make up your mind already, a few minutes later the called someone to check security cameras because they think i was shoplifting even thought inwas just looking for an item

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely awful pharmacy staff. Gave the wrong medication for my daughters prescription and blamed ya for not noticing when we picked it up. They argued that it wasn’t their fault at all(even though it wasn’t the right medication) and wanted full price for the correct medication. Also told her the wrong information for taking the medication, what they said didn’t match what the information with the medication said or what the doctor said. I don’t know where they got their pharmacy degree but I would guess from a Cracker Jack box. They are going to make someone very ill or ruin their life by giving out wrong medication and telling them how to take it wrong. Worst customer service ever and completely unqualified pharmacists. Don’t risk going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service here is not good. Not friendly, only with the exception of a few. Particularly the pharmacy staff are not friendly or approachable. The pharmacy staff on separate occasions now have been what felt like to me as judgemental and couldn’t be bothered with questions. I don’t go here often, so for the very rare occasions I do go here and have the same types of experiences with different pharmacists, speaks volumes. I hope they improve patient rapport for the sake of the public feeling more comfortable asking questions about their health and medications.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most unhelpful, miserable Pharmacy Assistance that answered the phone today. Couldnt be more apparent they hate their job and couldn't hang up fast enough. Called Walmart pharmacy after to get some answers and not only were they way more helpful and pleasant and eager to assist me, its also cheaper there for the same thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely worst experience I have had I a very long time. The cashier was extremely rude and did not know what she was doing. Cashed in lottery ticket and she had no idea how to do it and wasn’t giving me what I won, when I ask to get the manage she didn’t know what to do either and I ended up getting rip off $10.00 and wasted almost an hour of my day. Honestly, I don’t even care about the money it’s the fact that they were treating me like I was wrong and they were completely incompetent.

I was approached by Kimberly Snook in the fragrance department who assisted me in choosing an amazing fragrance and provided excellent customer service. Her wise words led me to leave the store with two perfume for myself! Thank you Kimberly.
