When I went to bring mine back I was told no returns on seasonal items and pointed to a sign to my left under some keychains I told him I wanted the managers number which they gave me because she wasn’t and she told me it’s not her problem that I can’t read and hung up on me I have nothing else to say except how rude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They always have good items for household stuff and decor things for around the house. I also have found lots of craft things that are way way cheaper then the average craft store, super clean inside and the staff where very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always loved shopping here but tonight I bought 3 large helium balloons, one of them popped in my car before I even got it home (it did not touch anything, it sat in the back of my car with nothing but the balloons). Furthermore, upon getting them out my car and inside my house, I noticed another one of them isn’t even fully filled. I called the store, I figured I could come back and exchange, and the woman said “did you not read the disclaimer? I can’t do anything about it”. First of all, no one told me about a disclaimer, and second of all, if they had, I may have decided against the larger, more expensive balloons. Terrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
