★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have not personally lived there, but worked for some tenants. Beautifully appointed, clean, quiet building. The upper suites facing downtown have a lovely view. Good underground parking for tenants, though visitor parking is tight. Being located on the corner of two relatively busy streets can make leaving the property in a vehicle tricky during rush hour.
