judy and Scott are amazing so happy they return and owner as well is here seeking everyone interest they respond well to ur issues, quiet place to live. I did recommend a friend and they're still here after 3 yrs .

We lived here for almost 4 years. This is very convenient location, easy public transportation, school & play ground in just walking distance, 10 mins away from Southcommon. It was horrible experience when mayfield management group was introduced somewhere in 2017 or 2018 but in 2019 it's again very pleasant atmosphere after return of Scott & Judy who are very kind, friendly & genuinely care for any concern. Highly recommended.

The bathroom fans sound like dying prop-engines on decaying Cessnas, and they're replaced with the same model of fan and it's fine for a few days before it starts sounding the same. I had one or two good sleeps that year. As well: silverfish were a fairly common site, the floors weren't even, cruddy paint job on the walls, and it's ridiculously hot in the summer. Management was pretty great on average though, but when I left after a year there was an entirely different team. They seemed good enough, pleasant to deal with. Don't live here if you can't sleep with loud, non-repetitive noises. Which could very well be everyone.

I was a tenant at blue quille pointe for 11 years. It has recently (3-4 years) changed ownership and went through a few management teams as they adjusted. Overall I would have to say it was a positive change and they seem to be heading in the right direction with Chantale, Linda, Joe, Quincy, Jim and others currently involved. Although I have had a few rather trivial issues come up near the end of my tenancy, I have to admit, the real professionalism and fairness of the team at Blue Quille Pointe is a refreshing rarity these days. Everything was resolved to my satisfaction.

We lived here for 5 years and love the area as well as the people. Judy and Scott are the best, they really take care of the building and the tenants! The units are fairly spacious and the common areas are always clean. I highly recommend renting here.

Judy and Scott are amazing managers. From the first phone call I knew they cared about their residents instead of just filling suites. Best apartment managers I've ever experienced. Kind, down to earth, straight shooters, with a level of urgency to attend to a need or desire.

I had a lot of issues throughout my one year living here a couple years ago. When I first moved in the apartment was not ready on the date that had been set for me to move in and I had already left my previous home. The apartment was not cleaned prior to me moving in. It took about 3 weeks to be given a card to use the laundry machines despite asking several times. There was a fire next door so there was very loud construction noise all day (no fault of the apartment) but it was not a quiet place to live almost that entire time. I worked nights which meant I was unable to sleep. When moving out they had lost all the forms I signed before moving in which created issues. I lost most of my security deposit to "cleaning fees" despite the fact the apartment was spotless when I left and definitely in much better shape then when I had first moved in.
