★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with this place. Laundry machine has been out of service from last three weeks and they just left the note that machine actually works. I tries to do one laundry load after three weeks and it stopped with water in it. We had to finish our laundry by washing with hands.
Also, they changed the locks of main doors from one entrance of the building and never provided the new key. Everytime, we tried calling them and asking, all they say the keys are not available and they will give call back once they received it. I never received a call from them.
I suggest not to choose this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived here for 9 months and will not renew the lease, maintenance and the office is terrible along with dealing with anyone from boardwalk homeless always inside the building entry way always smells like urine, would not recommend living here to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for a viewing today and Menka was very rude not willing to help or show us around. She was very unprofessional and kept telling us to hurry up yet we arrived the place earlier than our appointment. Very disappointing to see you lose a client who was really interested. I don’t recommend this place If this is the kind of service you potray to potential clients. What a waste of time!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved here and it is going very well. Menka helped us and it was very helpful how she guided us everything. She is very nice and polite and the way she tells everything is perfect to listen. I thank her so much as it was hard to get a place at the moment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty unhappy with Fairmount's unprofessionalism and coordination of my new apartment. I moved in and was told there was no internet capability and had to reach out to have it installed. The management also has been doing renovations going through until the weekend without management saying anything to a new move in. If you're looking for a new apartment I would go to a different area for better management and area. Also very unimpressed by my viewing staff asking for a positive Google review at the end of move in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is great for a student as they offer decent price than any other place. Also, they had hired very good staff. These guys know how to deal with their customers especially Mrs. menka kalia. I was struggling for renting an apartment under my budget. I had talked to my other landlords, my experience with them was awful until i talked to this women. She not only helped me in finding a perfect apartment that matched my conditions but also she offered me the best price. She is so kind and nice. I think employees have a big hand in an organization growth. Thus, this company is in right hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s been around 2 months and it’s amazing experience with boardwalk. Menka was really helpful. She helped us a lot during moving and is very polite and eager to help. Overall,she made the moving super easy and I did not have any difficulties.
The apartment itself is well built and location of the Fairmont building is very convenient as it is close to the century park transit.
