★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service! Picked up my stranded vehicle within 30 minutes and even dropped by my house to pick up the keys and drop it off at my shop. All after hours! I will definitely use them again if/when I need a tow and will be recommending them to everyone I know!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a legitimate 5-star business which you shouldn't hesitate to call if you're in an automotive pinch.
Ran a pothole and tire popped, stranding me on the highway coming into the city from the airport on a rainy Sunday night. Found T&A via Google search after having called a few other "24/7" companies who clearly were not interested in coming out after hours. Terry promptly answered the phone, appreciated the urgency of the situation, and had my car hooked up & towed to a nearby dealership within the hour.
Not only that, realizing that we needed a ride downtown, he offered to drive myself and spouse directly to my place; talk about door-to-door service!
To top it all off, his rates are clearly some of the best in the city and he has an obvious dedication to providing honest, reliable and timely service to his community.
I cannot thank Terry enough for helping us out and going above and beyond expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So last week we pulled into a lot with a Coach bus. Went to park it and pulled up to get it into position for proper parking. There was a depression where we pulled in and we attempted to back up - but the back wheels started spinning, we attempted to go forward but again the back wheels were just spinning. We contacted several towing companies but either we had to wait long hours or we were quoted prices that were just crazy. So we called T & A Towing and they gave us a moderate price quote which we could handle. So we asked them to winch/tow the bus out - they said they could be there by 3 (and they were)!!! After 78 minutes the bus was out of the depression. The price I calculated out was higher than what we paid. They quoted us the wrong amount originally and told us that - but you know - they stood by the quoted price!!! In the world today - that doesnt happen often and we appreciate how honest they were in dealing with us...and the hard work they put in will be rewarded..I mean that!!! You do not get this kind of treatment in this world today!!! Thank you so very much!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service was excellent. A pleasure to talk to on the phone and helped calm my nerves despite the stress of my car not operating. They were flexible and willing to work with me to agree on a time for when I needed them to come out. They arrived 5-10 minutes early on our agreed upon time and took care of everything! This was my first time having something towed personally and they made me confident my vehicle was going to get to where it needed to go easily. I definitely phoned around and found their price is super competitive as well; overall, I'm happy with my service and will highly recommend them for any future car troubles or towing needs.

He tried to change the tire at first but because of some issues about my truck then he towed me to my desired garage and took me back home afterwards. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 100% recommend this company for your towing needs! My car died at a parking lot at -30 weather, Terry was able to come tow it without the hassle of me waiting for them in the cold. It was super convenient and they also sent me photos of them towing and dropping off my car at the shop, ensuring it was in good hands. Their rates are also very reasonable, will definitely recommend their services to others!! :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed to take my SUV to the shop called up T&A Towing and Recovery and had the best towing experience ever! Very professional and knowledgeable helping me keep calm. They were very quick to respond to my call and we're beyond polite and helpful the whole time.
I was stressed all day about the cost of getting my SUV towed and after I gave the information about the drop off and pick up points was surprised to get what is probably the BEST towing prices.
It's nice knowing I have a company I can call time and time again knowing that they aren't trying to get money from you but rather they are trying to get your vehicle where you need it to be.
100% The next time I need a tow truck for whatever reason I know exactly who to call.
