★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can’t say enough about this company. Got in an accident New Year’s Eve. The only that went right that day was this company. Made me feel safe, took over the whole scene and was caring and concerned to the end. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called for a tow at 3:15 and was told to expect it within 30 minutes. When it got past 4, I called again, because the shop I'm trying to get to, only 1km away, closes at 5. Told the driver was held up but would be here within 30 minutes. It is now past five, I can only assume no truck will be coming. Huge waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Called for a tow, was told that they’d send someone right away. Waited for 50 minutes, called them, and said they haven’t even left yet and was told to just wait.. waited for another 20 minutes no one came or didn’t even call. Complete waste of time.
