★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place a year or two ago and the staff was friendly and nice and portions and food was fresh.
THIS visit... they actually warmed up my food in the microwave. They just kinda plate the food together don't acknowledge you. Just take your order and prep it in the back. Kinda worrying. Nonetheless the meat was tough and definitely not Mediterranean. I won't come back. I'm sure the Donair poutine is good but for the lack of customer service it's not worth it. One girl was nice but the cashier just kinda blank. Oh and of course I found a hair in my salad. Kinds disappointing. I get it mistakes happen business isn't booming but just at least smile be happy. Don't just say have a good day and not mean it. I definitely didn't eat the rest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic shawarma and other stuff I'm sure to cant honestly say iv tried anything other then the beef and chicken donair. They have a pretty big menu and they always seem to be steady busy. Even when they first open they have acouple regulars. Good choice in veggies for toppings and great selection of sodas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person who takes the orders on the phone for pick up, is extremely rude and passive aggressive. He hung up on me and I had to call back, before I could say anything he said “Ya ya buddy 10min bye” and hung up again. He also refused to list the toppings he had for shawarma, I had asked him 3x and he repeatedly said “whatever you want”, but how do I know what I want when you won’t tell me what toppings you have? As a server at a restaurant, regardless if the menu is posted in-front of customers, if they ask me what toppings or what kind of food we have, I’m going to list everything, no question and no hesitation, because that’s what customer service is about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's OK. Large donair combo. Meat had very hard bits almost like the meat has been sitting cut way too long. Had to be cautious chewing. Little to no sweet sauce. Meat to veggie ratio was way off. Ntm lettuce and tomatoes looked very questionable. Fries were tasteless. All in all not about to go back anytime soon.
