★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charged $10 per day (for 8 days) for an additional driver because one credit card wouldn’t work and we used a card in the non driving persons name - AND they didn’t mention the charge! I’ve emailed the manager about this and haven’t received a response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Showed up to pick up my vehicle and no one was at the desk. They had a sign out noting “we’ve stepped away, but will return shortly” waited for 45mins, but no one ever showed up. Called customer service, they didn’t have a local contact and couldn’t do anything to help.
