Not my first choice in airlines.. always a delay or lost luggage or some kind of inconvenience. At least in all my experiences

Such a bad company, worked there, and flew as a passenger with them. Many other canadian airlines are much better.

20 mins late for mt flight due to weather. They could not get me on. And charged me $ 170.00 to rebook. What a cheep company. On top of watching a pilot use the loo without washing his hands. And the broken heating system on the aircraft. Id say not a good airline.

3 hours delay sitting inside the plane before our long flight to Europe. They said there are no food for the way and we’re waiting for the food to arrive. No entertainment. No TV. WiFi didn’t work. No legroom and felt suffocating and I’m not tall. I kept feeling the knees of person who was sitting behind me on my back. The flight attendants seemed upset. After all the waiting they still charged us for alcoholic beverages that’s usually free on the international flight. I will not use Air Canada Rouge again and do not recommend it to anyone.

I did not expect this type of service when Air Canada said that AC rouge was a budget airline. Plane from Toronto to Barcelona was 30 years old according to the on-board magazine. Which I was able to review over and over due to the fact that we had no Wi-Fi or working power for our own devices. I would have thought that we would have at least small TV’s but I forget that these are 30 year old planes. Lastly is the cleanliness of these planes, I will not say much just look at the pictures. The only positive I found were the courteous flight attendants.

My experience with Rouge Airlines was not as I expected, overall. The crew was very helpful and friendly but the aircraft was dirty and looked like it could use a cleanup. Our seats had crumbs and stuff on them, had to bother the flight attendant to get some napkins to clean our seats. We boarded on time, then sat in the plane for a good hour before taking off, they had some issues which needed to be looked at prior to takeoff. They offered water just once, some announcements were made to update us and that was it. No headsets were provided for being late, no vouchers were given appreciating us for sitting patiently. No compensation of any kind was provided. There are no Screens! No movies or tv shows to watch to pass the 5 hrs of flight. Bring your own material, download something on your iPad or phone, bring a book. The wifi didn’t work the entire flight going or coming, one can only read so much. Very dissatisfied with the overall experience with Rouge. Air Canada Rouge should provide meals on this flight, tv screens on all seats and cleaner aircrafts.
