★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SERVICE is good, I got charge twice for insurance with 3rd party website but Enterprise team reach me out although it take little while but they solve and refunded. Great customer service. Thank you Enterprise and Thunderbay Team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saved the day. I wish I remember the gentleman's name who helped me. My family had rented a car as we flew into Tbay then had to drive out to camp (on a very rocky road). I came into town one day and discovered one tire had a fast leak due to a sharp rock stuck in it. They got me into a shop ASAP to fix the tire. After discovering the tire wasn't safe enough to continue driving on, they switched me out for a new car, one more suitable for the roads. All with no questions asked. We were back on the road all within an hour. I'm so grateful for the awesome customer service. Seriously, saved the day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a truck for a long trip, when we received it, it had scratches on the hood and side of the truck. Aswell as dried cement in the bed of the truck and in the cabin. Shook at high speeds all 5000 km we drove. When we returned the truck they tried to charge us for the scratches. Once we showed proof (To the person to gave us the vehicle to begin with and told us not to worry about the scratches ) all was forgotten.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was really great to start my business trip to Thunderbay from the airport once arrival by Enterprise help desk,service was quick, easy and very professional, Bodi,who help me out to pick up my car went through everything smoothly with full explanation even how to use car starter as he aware me weather very cold and recommended me to use it for more convenient,in addition upgrade my car to SUV at no extra charge :)
The good thing Bodi was the same person who received my car back ,as expected, same great service so he make me leaving Thunderbay with good memories and value Enterprise service, honestly been a while used their service but moving forward will be the first rental company will look for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to rent a car. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I had a reservation for a car 10 days prior to get to an event I had already paid for, with no other means of transportation possible, and non refundable. And 1 hour before the pick up time, as I was heading out, they called me to say they didn't have any cars available. It's the first time this has happened to me. Thanks to them I couldn't attend and lost the event fee.
