About Budget Truck Rental
To use our free pick-up service, call your Budget rental location directly at the location phone number listed on your reservation confirmation. Pick-up service policies (hours of availability, allowable pick-up distance, etc.) vary by location so it's important that you call the location and make arrangements for pick-up at least 24 hours before your desired rental time. When you call the location, be ready to provide all applicable information including precise address, exact time of pick up, and a phone number where you can be reached at that time.
Please note that an off-airport Budget location cannot pick you up at an airport that has a Budget location. In this case, either you must rent your truck at the airport location, or provide your own transportation to the off-airport location where you prefer to rent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was ok, but the policy with filling the gas tank is not very reasonable. It ended up it saved me fourth dollars to drive down to a gas station and fill the tank. Even though they advertise a great gas price to refill the truck, the price to fill the tank is fixed, regardless of how much gas is in the tank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been renting the same car from you for almost 2 years now; I recently stopped in to renew my rental for another month and saw the option for winter weather tires. Since we were in the middle of a snow storm I thought this would be a good thing to do. When I told your agent I would like a car with the winter weather tires, he told me it would be an extra $20 PER DAY! I think it is reprehensible to put a $600/month premium on the safety of your customers. This is making me reevaluate my business with Budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service, public relations is terrible. The day I went to get my rental I wasn’t greeted for about 5 minutes and no other customer was even in the office. When the guy working showed me the vehicle he didn’t teach me how to start it or anything said get in and have a nice day. 3 days after getting my rental the car stopped working. I was stranded on the side of the road for 1.5 hours because no one could come to my rescue. It was -25 and I froze. This was the worst rental experience I have ever had and I will be sure never to return to Budget to rent again. I was treated so poorly.
