★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wayyy more than I expected - Complimentary coffee available in the kitchenette, 1 free checked bag, friendly and helpful staff, no lineup, reliable wifi, it was a great experience. I would fly Pacific Coastal again. I would note that unless it is a historically busy day (maybe Sunday’s?) you do not need to be the recommended 60minutes early.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great big thanks to the ladies for allowing me onboard today (Sunday 13 aug) on the 15:15 flight to Trail. At first, there was no budging from the staff as they said the flight was 'closed' when I was in the line up 15 minutes before departure. But I begged as my flight from Toronto was delayed on air Canada by 40 min and then the luggage was brought out excruciatingly slow and the the shuttle was the slowest vehicle in the entire country! Summer Sundays are excruciating, but the staff were good to me!! Please extend my thanks to them!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unimpressed first time flying with them, plane delayed 2 hrs on the way to Vancouver and then on the way back to Trail it was cancelled due to issues with the plane but I found out it was also cancelled that morning. Nobody flew to trail all day as well as I heard this happens all the time would rather pay a bit extra and fly from a bigger airline that would make sure you were compensated much more generously everyone had to take money out of there own pockets to pay for a 300$ hotel or more as there was a big concert in Vancouver. Anyways totally unimpressed thought this airline would make life easier. Wrong....waymore of a headache
