★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brioche is a lovely lovely little place for some great food. Lovely decor and ambience and the service is really friendly. We had the steak and eggs as a dinner menu and it was really good. Well seasoned steak and a great mushroom sauce to accompany.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the caprese omelette and side of baked potatoes for breakfast and it was amazing! Coffee is also really good. Only con is that they charge extra for almond/oat milk (not cool). Other than that, would come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the paninis and deserts at Brioche. Pictured is my go-to ham, brie and mushroom panini. Great new location too, with a similar quaint feel as the last location but now a lot more room for dining in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weird bad service - never have I seen so many wait staff not accomplishing anything, service was very slow and they were not particularly helpful. I was directed to grab a seat but no one brought a menu over.
Food was good but expencive even for Gastown.

Totally unrelated to the food but I was impressed by their staff. I came in towards closing time and a homeless person walked in asking for water. The staff kindly gave the person some water and food in a to-go bag.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been a huge fan of Brioche for a long time. We recently went to their new location and felt it wasn’t as good as the old location. It seemed very disorganized and our food took ages to come out, and the vibes were a lot more stressed than the old location.
That being said, once we did get our food, it was absolutely delicious and we had no complaints. Everything was buttery and creamy and tasted great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed a delicious brunch here last weekend. The restaurant had an unexpected busy rush but the staff were so friendly and apologetic for the minimal wait we experienced. We didn’t mind at all as we were sat in the window with the best people watching in town! The house coffee was incredible and our meals chef inspired. The service was truly excellent. Highly recommend - we can’t wait to go back!
