★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here for the first time since it’s right beside my office. Unfortunately I didn’t know my entire office thinks it’s terrible until it was too late. I ordered an almond milk latte and banana bread. I’d have returned it if I wasn’t in meetings all day. The almond milk was totally burnt and the bread tasted 3 days old. Not entirely happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Spanish lattes are a regular treat every weekend it starts our day along with the exquisite almond croissants omfg so beautiful and fluffy and tasty absolutely to die for. Far above experience citations and the service is top notch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seemed like a great place to sit down and chill at first but I won't be coming back here for coffee. I ordered a large americano expecting to have one more shot of espresso than a medium sized since the large is a dollar more expensive. All I got was a large watered down "coffee". Ask for large americano in a medium cup if you are looking to get coffee from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really poor customer service. They screwed up my order. I asked for Iced Matcha. But they made the mistake and gave me hot. The old lady wanted a dollar extra. She was completely impolite and rude. She didn't apologized for her mistake and blamed me and told me to get out. I was calm all throughout. I will be complaining this to the owner of the cafe. Fyi: I'm a regular customer no more.

But $4.25 for an Americano is quite expensive, extra shot I makes it really expensive like 5+ for a coffee.
The insist on adding sugar & cream for you, is this Tom Horton? Very hard to get a coffee is to your taste(being expensive we would like it to be)
When asking for adjustments the barriers gets short with you.(the cashier was very friendly)
I hadn't been here in a while and now remember why

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Spanish latte was really good. The oat milk latte with sugar free hazelnut & sf vanilla syrup was super good. Atmosphere was amazing and friendly staff made it homely. Thank you so much. Had a wonderful experience.
