They had the colours and style I was looking for but, less selection than online of course.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We adore their shoes for kids! They look so stylish, and we have had great value from having 2 kids wear them, and still have life left as a donation. Love the simple, clean style and unisex color options. Also, customer service is a dream! I called about suggestions for how to deal with a slightly (car) melted new pair and was blown away when a replacement pair was offered! Keep up the great work, and awesome customer service. We will continue to purchase these shoes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent shoes & customer service. I have two pairs :) Would love to see more natural colours like beige or ivory. This location seems to be under staffed. I have never walked in without the sales person being overwhelmed by multiple customers. They do a great job keeping up, but NATIVE you need to have at least 3 people for this location. For the sake of the customers and store keepers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love Native and their website; however, the visit to the store was not as pleasant. The sales person there, J, was very unfriendly and unhelping. She didn't even bother to ask if any help is needed nor did she know the accurate pricese of different styles we asked about. She asked quite a few times whether we were done trying on a couple of items as though she was in a hurry and needed to clean up. Mind you, we were the only customers and not near the closing time at all. We left as soon as we could since we didn't feel welcome at all and just preferred to do the purchase online.

The manager there was very knowledgeable. She told me she had been there for only six months. I bought a pair of Robbie for my nephew. Love the sneaker look. Will definitely visit again
