★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I had amazing customer service at the Water St store in gas town by Eric. I have been looking to purchase a pair of Birkenstocks which was recommended by my podiatrist. Eric asked a few questions and came up with several ideas. Unfortunately, Birkenstocks don’t work for my kind of feet. I advised him that I had a pair of keen sandals and was very happy with them. He right away went online and showed and gave me several store suggestions and ideas. He didn’t make a sale, but I will always return for my shoe purchases and also refer my friends and family. ERIC was very personable, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. A real asset to your company!

They were out of the Veja ones that I had my eye on but Eric, one of the sales associates, helped me find my size so I could order online. He then pointed out the QC brand! They're like wearing clouds. Very happy with the shoes and 10/10 service from Eric. He was patient, honest, and helped me find the perfect pair of shoes.

I had the utter pleasure of being helped by Eric, whom has an amazing knowledge of footwear. He even helped me with another item that was not in stock at the store and had it sent over from Alberta. I really enjoyed the conversation and professionalism in store, and will absolutely be back. I would wholeheartedly recommend this location of gravity pope to fellow shoe addicts, and particularly Eric, as his customer service is next-level.
