★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stumbled in on a Rainy Vancouver day... Little did I know my day was about to get much brighter! First question I ever ask when entering a shoe store is what's the largest size you carry in mens. Mr Tyrone answered 14. We were in business! The selection in this store is phenomenal. Tyrone pulled a couple boots in my size and we got to chatting about the craftsmanship of the shoes. I loved the two boots so much I had to walk out in a pair. I was assure they were ready to battle those rainy day puddles!! ???????????? I will be back I order online I will cast spells for these shoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in there for the first time the other day and did not enjoy the experience. As soon as I walked in I got this vibe that the employees felt they were better than everybody in the store.
They took one look at me and said in a snarky tone "put your cup on the counter. if it spills on the shoes there's going to be a problem" which is fine because they're pretty pricey shoes, but you don't need to be so rude.
I looked around for about 5 minutes then left after noticing the staff wouldn't stop watching me.
Definitely keeping my business at Fluevog down the street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always cherish the opportunity to shop when I am in Vancouver. There are so many cool one of a kind places here that it's hard to pass up! Today I was treated with an extremely rare experience of such high class and great customer service I will remember it always. From the moment I walked in to the store- I found such a welcoming and warm atmosphere. Tyrone took very good care of me and my friends- he is passionate and artistic and genuinely cares about his customers. We had a great chat- and not only did I leave with the shoes of my dreams- I left feeling like I had made a new friend as well. Thank you Tyrone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful unique shoes for sure, finally found the grey boots I had been looking for and was super excited since they were "on sale" for 50% off as they were getting ready to renovate. Tyrone is a friendly fellow with a great smile and I was going to buy the boots anyway but he also threw in a fantastic story of how rare the shoes are, that less than ten are out there and that they are on a Netflix original show because he designed them for that. Unfortunately I discovered that I could have bought them online for $90.00 USD instead of 191.00 USD. And they are not so rare. Overall I now decided I paid more for his story than the boots so I don't feel ripped off.
