★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It felt like walking into a quaint little family run Italian hat shop - EXACTLY what I was hoping for. My wife and I browsed for about an hour, trying on a variety of hats to see which ones we liked best. The proprietor was a wealth of help and knowledge telling us about hat styles and head shapes, and what kinds of hats were most flattering for us.
We bought a couple of Newsboys and have since acquired a variety of other headwear from this amazing store in Gastown.
With flying now rather difficult it's great to know that a little piece of Italy's fashion scene is so close to home.
Highly, highly recommended for all sorts of hat styles and designs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a wonderful experience shopping at Bertacchi! The staff are super helpful and have great recommendations! I've bought 3 hats from them, all wool. And in classic Vancouver style, all hats have heald up beautifully in the rain. I highly recommend especially if you are looking for good quality fun and funky hats!

The sales man there is very friendly and professional! Can’t wait to wear my new hat! They also sale cardboard hat boxes which are great for traveling!

He fitted the fedora i was wearing that never fit me properly free of charge!! Love it even more now.

From the very first time I asked for the hat that I wanted, I was informed that they can make it , without any hesitations. Indeed, they were able to make a piece of elegance for me. It is really beautiful!
The owner, Adi, is really nice and gave me more than excellent customer service experience.

Adi is very polite, friendly, and professional. You can feel he is very passionate about his craft, and that is infectious and refreshing! The store is a fantastic size and beautifully laid out as well!
