Aparte del trabajo realizado durante la ejecución del proyecto, también aportan en planificar el trabajo a realizar después de su implementación. It was up to me to work with Change Champions Consulting Inc. on a project that involved the participation of 3 regions (Canada, United Kingdom and Chile) where they were the main facilitators of communication by being able to express themselves naturally in both Spanish and English. Its main task was to be responsible for conducting the process of managing the change in which the organization would be affected, and in this regard we were very useful experience, order, rigor and empathy to make an appropriate mix of the different cultures involved. Apart from the work done during the execution of the project, they also contribute in planning the work to be done after its implementation. For the results obtained and for the trust they gave us, I strongly recommend the work of this consulting company.
