★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TL;DR: Decent but expensive; not a good environment for studying or work; bad customer service
The drinks were very expensive for such a small volume. I only got a green tea—and although very fragrant and smooth—was not worth $4.25. I was okay with the price as I planned on staying for a couple hours. The shop itself is very aesthetic and had lots of seating, but gets quite loud, especially in the afternoon. The customer service was subpar and the staff had a bad attitude when taking my order. I don't see myself coming back to this cafe anytime soon.
Edit: My party of four was rudely asked to leave after two hours of seating. Understandable, but terrible execution from the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I entered the cafe around 4:12pm on Saturday and asked one of the staff if they have any fruity drinks. Without even looking at me, the asian girl was like "no" in a really rude attitude. But I saw a bottled juice in a cooler behind the counter and ordered a hot chocolate with it. As soon as I said my friend and I will have them for here, she told me they are closing in half an hour which made me think that they close at 4:42pm. However, I found out that they are closing at 5pm. Another staff was really nice and politely reminded us that they were closing soon at 4:50pm. I don't think I'll go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a spare 10 minutes and decided to pop in to Buro for a quick latte. I took a sip and realized the milk was overheated, I waited for it to cool off but it was still hot to drink before I had to leave.
I asked for a to-go cup, they told me that I had to pay $.25 for it.
I explained the situation, they did not care and told me that I’d still have to pay.
At this point, rather than stand in line and pay $.25 with my debit card I just gave them my full Latte and left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After visiting several times, I can only give stars for the great location and atmosphere of the coffee shop. I love all the natural light and the amount of seating, great for a coffee date. However, staff aren't very friendly, the matcha is completely flavorless, and the oat milk is slimy. Can't say how the coffee is, but I've never enjoyed the tea lattes I've had. Would recommend management take another look at their recipes, as it has potential to be a much better cafe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a turkey sandwich and the cabbage in it in tasted awful. I couldn't Go more than a bite and it tasted so wrong.
They also refused to replace it or even do something about it. So frustrating.
Won't go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The coffee is nice and strong, cookies and croissants are great. Pretty atmosphere, and love their cups!!
The barristas are not particularly friendly but I have been going to this location regularly for 2 years and have never found them to be super rude. They have let me use the washroom countless times without any issue as well.
Only thing I would suggest is to be open at 7 cause then people could go there before work...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty disappointed. I ordered a long black espresso, which I’ve always had delivered in non espresso cup so as to allow for milk etc to be added. When I requested this after I received a small expresso (not long pull) they refused. There was zero accommodation provided. Really disappointed. Not coming back
