You can tell the owner is passionate about what she does, and the staff are always welcoming and helpful. I love their ceramic pieces as well!

The staff weren’t all that friendly. I definitely don’t dress as stylish as the people who work there but I was keen to purchase a few things. They gave off an air of “ we’re too good to help you”. Other times I’ve been in, they barely acknowledge you. Seems like most of their time was spent trying on the clothes they’re supposed to be selling… I know that other people try on the clothes prior to buying but it kind of bothers me that they’re lounging around in the clothes to be sold. I like the brands they carry but from now on I’ll be buying them from the source or another shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had. After trying on a skirt and returning it to the rack, I was browsing through their collection of clothing and goods, when a young woman with long dark hair approached me. She asked if I had tried on a skirt, I told her I had, to which she replied asking me where it was. Very clearly implying she was under the impression I had stolen the skirt. I walked over to exactly where I had pulled the skirt off the rack, and showed her I had left it right where I had found it. I completely understand theft around the holidays is an issue, even more so for small businesses like one of a few. However in the future they might want to check the rack for the clothing they think has been stolen, before confronting a customer about it. I’m honestly shocked this business has managed to stay open with such horrendous customer service. Perhaps next time they should just ask to look in my purse.
