Their technician named Jacob was professional, courteous, and invited feedback on his work so that he could touch-up prior to finishing the job. He was completely self-sufficient and clearly knew what he was doing. I would recommend Jacob and this company to anyone in need of car detailing.

I had a full interior detail done on my car and the results are amazing - getting in the car afterwards honestly felt like I was driving it off the showroom floor again. The footwells that were full of ground in mud and dirt from the winter are pristine, and even the stubborn coffee stains on the front seat upholstery are completely gone. Technician Jacob was friendly, prompt, and did really thorough work. The quality of the work and convenience of having someone come to my home made this great value for money. I'll be happy to use Shiny again.

He was friendly, punctual and offered great customer service. He did such an amazing job and I am 100% satisfied with the detailing work he did. My truck looks brand new. I was extremely impressed with the services and the price. I would highly recommend anyone use Shiny and ask for Jacob for their auto detailing needs.
J	Jacqueline Werkman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid $270 ($219 for full interior detailing +$45 for exterior) for cleaning but was surprised to see many areas were not cleaned properly. I would definitely not call the job done as “full detailing”. For example, there were sunscreen marks and dirty marks on the inside doors that I had to point out to get them clean. Also the technician told me the marks on the carpet and seats in the middle section were too old to clean but I was able to clean them after wiping down with wet towel. I thought full interior detailing includes “Shampoo seats and mats” so was surprised to see neither seats nor mats were shampooed. Also for $45 exterior, only a quick rinse was done but nothing else (glasses and wheels were still dirty) was cleaned. I could have gotten it done at the auto car wash with much cheaper price. The only positive feedback is the friendly attitude of the technician. He was willing to clean the spots that I pointed out. Unfortunately there were so many of them that he ran out of time (needed to get to next appointment) to address them all. My neighbour happened to be there after the job was done. She was surprised with the quality of the job done as well. This was my first time getting “full interior detailing” for my van but my neighbour had got it done a couple of times. She told me the company she used did a much better job. I definitely will not use Shiny again.
