★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible communication! First, did not respond to my prompt sent via website. Then, after I called they responded with a text message to book a day and time. And then never showed up! No message, call or email to let me know they wouldn't be able to make it. Do not book!!
Edit: they replied to this regarding a 3 hour minimum but never contacted me to let me know this at any point. I waited all day because they BOOKED the time.
