The service was fast, friendly & efficient and they were able to remove the pet odours as promised. The cleaning provided was beyond our expectations, so we decided to use them to clean the place we were moving out of instead of doing it ourselves and thanks to them we were able to get our full deposit back. I would have to say their service wasn't good, it was AWESOME!. If you're looking to get your place cleaned professionally, these are the folks you need for the job!
J	Janice Lam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cleaning lady didn't wear mask and when requested to wear one, the response was "I'm double vaxx and don't need one" With the delta variant going up, I was shocked to hear that. When it was time to check out the unit after cleaning, had to point out the spots that were uncleaned to the point where I asked if it can be cleaned again. Also, I was quoted for 3-4 hours, but when there were still spots uncleaned, she told me I had to go, and that was only for 3 hours. Lastly, she requested me to give her the key so she can go freely in and out of the unit when I only have 1 set of the keys and need to get in and out of the building

I am sharing this because I am delighted with their level of service. My husband and I moved from Toronto in January and after trying numerous other cleaning companies here in Vancouver, we were about to give up, thinking we were not going to find a decent cleaning company here. However after using Green Maids Canada I have to say they are the best I have ever used. They were fast, attentive, they paid attention to every detail. They did things that I was not even expecting. They took all my kitchen utensils like my pans and put them away in such a way that it’s easy for me to find them when needed. They even cleaned the crumbs from the cutlery holder which I was not expecting them to do! My experience with Green Maids was wonderful!!!

They were on time, and the place looked great. I then hired them for a personal property. Again, on time, great communication and the space was gleaming. I will use them again, and again.
C	Carlos Garza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. Would not recommend. I booked a carpet cleaning service for a move out, appointment was scheduled at 12 pm on June 30th in New Westminster. Around 12:30 pm that day, I called the company to ask what time they would arrive, since they seemed to be running late. They said their team was doing another job in Delta, and they couldn't give me an estimated time of arrival. I had the move out inspection at 4 pm. I had to pay from my deposit more money to get the carpet cleaned as an urgent job so the apartment could be clean for the next tenants. The worst part is that they could've called me earlier to tell me my service was delayed or cancelled, but if I have not contacted them myself, I probably would've just keep waiting. Do not book with this company unless you have a back up plan.

Horrible time management. They tried to blame me because they said it was very dusty. They didn’t even have time to clean one of the showers. They did not offer a new team to come finish the job. I paid the invoice only because of my conscience but beware this company will take advantage. Absolute worst cleaners.

They were happy and positive throughout the afternoon. The booking process was also easy and quick, managed by a great admin team. I'm sure I'll use Green Maids again!
