He was professional, friendly and did a really great job. We use Smithwerks annually and have never had a reason to switch. Highly recommend.

Booking with them was very easy - I got an estimate and a time slot booked within 24 hours and without much back and forth via email. Cameron was very friendly and professional, arrived on schedule, and completed the job in the time he estimated. We also got a follow up check-in email the following day, which was very much appreciated.

Today's technician, Freddie, was punctual, professional, courteous and did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets. I would highly recommend this company for any home carpet cleaning needs.

Freddie was our technician and he let us know in advance that he was going to be a little later than expected which was fine for us. He was very professional, friendly and efficient and we were happy with the results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m very impressed with the results from having my microfibre couch cleaned by nick at SmithWerks. My couch is fairly expensive and stains easily. I was ready to throw it out before SmithWerks made it look close to new again. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had some pet urine stains on my carpet that have been there for about a year. I booked a carpet cleaning with Smithwerks and was told that it would be difficult for the stains to be completely removed. I went ahead with the appointment anyways and after the technician left I wasn’t completely satisfied but wasn’t going to mention anything. The following day I received a follow up email asking how my experience was I told them I wasn’t completely satisfied, the woman who followed up with me said she would have the owner come and take a look to see if there was anything more that they could do. I was so impressed with their professionalism and how much the owner cares about customer satisfaction and carpet cleaning. 10/10 would recommend Smithwerks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent work and good quality of service. David did a great job on cleaning our carpet, he is very knowledgable, he knows how old is our carpet. The stain on the stair is gone, the carpet looks fresh and clean. My wife is very impressed with his work and even told me to call this company again for next carpet cleaning and never bother to call other company. Thank you David for such an excellent work.
