★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just Like Family provides a service that I am fortunate to have found. I live far away and as such, I am eternally grateful for the work they do and the service they provide. Without it, I would feel even more guilty than I do but more importantly, my Mother would not have the quality of life she deserves. I use JLF for Companion Services for my Mother. The companions ensure that my Mother gets to her medical and dental appointments and the companions also provide the one-on-one interaction that is somewhat lost in a nursing home. The opportunity provided by the companion for my Mother to get out of the nursing home and into the community on a regular basis is, from my Mother's perspective, the greatest benefit of using JLF. On a related note, JLF's administrative services are excellent. Their billing and their response to enquiries and concerns is prompt and thorough. I am grateful for JLF's service. I really appreciate it.

My worker wears her mask and she is truly there for me in all ways. The management went to great thought about who to match with me, which I found to be smart thinking. I have been very pleased

His nurse seamlessly navigated him through an otherwise overwhelming health care system, accompanying him to doctors appointments, picking up medical supplies and always following through with a commitment to ensure he and his family understood his medications and plan of care.
My father looked forward to every visit with a confidence and joy that measured up to him receiving and embracing the quality of life he deserved.
Undeniably, at his times of greatest need, Just Like Family was always there to ensure he felt safe and cared for.
We could have not managed without Just Like Family.
