C	Citizen Cane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a bit disappointed at service at call centre, assumed we spoke a certain language and couldn't send rep thinking we did not speak English. Not service oriented. One care aide deducted 15 min for driving to destination when it should only be 10 min. We are expected to help care aid do assist with our family member. This place needs to have more patient care surveys to improve the level of care to patients and family members.
E	E T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The caregiver that was sent to care for my father broke every code of conduct for caring and elderly with recently leg amputated. Came to our house like it was a burden for her to be here. Proceeded to talk to my father aggressively and rushing him to have a quick answer. She aggressively placing sling on him to transfer him on to his wheelchair. My father was in pain during transfer and she didn’t care at all. While my father was having his breakfast, the caregiver wanted to do pericare while he was having his breakfast and in front of other people. What ever happened to Privacy and dignity????. Because my father refuse as he was eating. This caregiver all of a sudden ask my father if he still needs help or if she can leave. The caregiver was suppose to be helping my father till a certain time. She wasn’t even in the house for more than 15 mins, where is suppose to be here for 50mins. Then shes been wanting to leave because my father wanted to eat first. I had kicked her out of our house due to her attitude towards my father. And yet she sat in her car till the time she suppose to leave.
H	Hussein Nathwani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very many dishonest , unscrupulous , employees don't care about the clients and property, wear dirty shoes into client's homes , changing clients soiled diaper not wipeing and cleaning the area before replacing with new. Multiple no-shows ( they bank on seniors not calling in ) , rude disrespectful dialogue with seniors , Disregard for client health and welfare. Their are many more loving compassionate employees at SE health and by my count they out number the bad by about 5 to 1. Be careful because that twenty percent can cause your family alot of distress "as has ours" possibly even leading to the decease of a loved one.

You get excellent support from your team mates and constant encouragement from leaders. Along with competitive pay package and good benefits, leaders at SE Health also believe in promoting good work life balance. Over all an excellent place to grow as a professional.

Peace of mind is the gift that SE Home Care blessed me i.e. knowing that even if I am not around, he is surrounded by compassionate and caring people. Truly gtateful.
M	Melissa Aitchison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been an employee with SE Health Since Feb 2020 Immediately from the first 2 weeks of working i knew i chose one of the best companies to work for. There was an issue with my banking information and i wasnt able to get my first pay cheque electeonically, which was needed to continue to work home support, the admin staff sent out an employee in person with my first pay in cash all the way to where i was and personally delivered it to me. They really cared about getting me paid and took such extra steps to ensure i was paid i felt so important right at the beggining. As for how they care about their clients it is just beyond wonderful. Clients are put first. The clients just need to call one of our nurses here in Vancouver to adjust their care plans if needed and i always receive a call right away with any changes to my clients. When the nurses want to check up on how a client is doing they call us the workers and ask us questions and take our observations into account. I feel apart of a clients daily life and helping to bring them their best life into reality. SE Health scheduling works hard at pairing the personalities of CHW's and clients. I happen to be a very happy energetic person. All my clients fit my disposition and working is still like working but being paid to help out my friends at home.

I have found all employees to be caring and compassionate individuals providing thoughtful and respectful care to our clients. Their dedication and desire to go above and beyond is to be commended and the personal attention to the overall wellbeing of the client is one that never ceases to amaze me. An exception group of individuals and an organization who is progressive in Health Care and one that I am very proud to be associated with.

I have met some wonderful caregivers that I will never forget. As with any private healthcare in one's own home, it can be reasonably expected that the Caregivers will need orientation. Once oriented, they work autonomously. The organization is able to arrange care on short notice and work with my schedule. Thank you SE Health. I highly recommend their services.
