If you need to get your car detailed, I would highly recommend trying out their services.They did a fantastic job, received excellent value, and Joey was awesome to deal with! It was nice to be able to choose a detailing package based on what my needs were. I will definitely be back! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to define auto care with my sister’s car which we just bought it had a weird smell and when Joey examined the car with the light, he found mold on the seats and he went the extra mile to pull out the seat belt fully and discovered mold inside the seat belt. He did a full shampoo of the car! Honestly couldn’t tell if I bought a used car because it looked so new. He even took the time to steam clean where the spare tire goes. Not a lot of people would provide that good of a service from my experience. Overall, since then I’ve brought my own car, my parents cars and many of my other friends have been here too! Never heard a bad thing! They’re the best! Definitely recommend! A lot of respect for Joey and his team for going the extra mile for us and giving spectacular service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joey and team always gets the job done well, on time, and good value. You cannot ask for a better auto care service in downtown. I no longer work in that building, but I still take my vehicle there for routine washdown.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! Is all I have to say. Took both my vehicles down to the shop and they came out looking newer than when I bought them.. I am very satisfied with this detail not too mention the price was proper compared to alot of other places I’ve been too. Joey and his crew are so friendly and caring they always go above and beyond to make sure the job is done, whatever you need they have! Take your car down there right now if your from the lower mainland seriously don’t waste any more time. 11/10 in all areas. Very pleased with the work done. This man actually cares about his customers, and knows his stuff, thank you define for making my experience nothing less than awesome every time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect detailing spot downtown! Located in the Fortis building underground parking - very accessible, especially if you train at Equinox. They offer a variety of services, including a mini detail which is great for monthly touch ups.
Super friendly and professional!
They also cover your parking time ??
Highly highly recommend!
