Very unique coffee shop with an awesome sandwich menu! Gives an old downtown vibe and is near some old bookstores.

I went there 3 minutes before the opening time. After 10 minutes, a lot of people came and I had to take the last seat even though I came early. I didn’t know that this restaurant was that famous. I felt so lucky to came here earlier. I ordered brie salad with prosciutto. It was great. I would like to try some sandwiches too.

Finches is great! It's a little pricey but TOTALLY worth it, the food is delicious and fresh. I ways get the Applewood cheese with added avacado and My partner has the peppered salami with added applewoode cheese. I love the seating area too, so light and homey ?

They really know flavour combinations well and each ingredient complements the other. I usually don't like blue cheese, but I enjoyed the blue brie in their prosciutto, blue brie and pear sandwich. The baguette was a little tough to be honest, but it might've been because I had it to go. It was also very messy to eat. The interior has a vintage aesthetic and looks like a very sunny spot for a mid-day break, but there are few seats and it can get filled up pretty fast.

I’ve been dying to try this place and it was worth it. It’s a cute cafe with character. I like how their sandwiches tend to mix that salty cheese with fruits combination. The baked blue brie was rich. The prosciutto was salty, cheese was creamy and walnuts added texture. I feel the balsamic balanced it out a bit, but it could’ve used something more refreshing to balance the salty and richness of the sandwich. I ordered the Brie and Grape, however, they ran out of Brie so they used the blue brie cheese instead. I love brie, not so much blue cheese, but I found it to be really good. As mentioned, the walnut makes it more filling and textured. The grapes balanced the cheese really well, the sweat balanced with the creaminess so it wasn’t too sweet nor salty. I’d say try the blue brie, even if you don’t think you’d like it. It was rich, creamy and not too strong. The baguette was good as well of course and they buttered it, to adding that extra addictive taste. Overall, it’s a simple baguette with not your ordinary toppings. They do a great job of mixing cheese and fruit. This isn’t a big lunch if you’re really hungry, but it’s good if you want something to eat and leave you not hungry, esther than full. The price itself was okay as well. This is definitely a place I’d come back to try their other sandwiches and worth going a bit out of your way if you’re craving a sandwich!

A lovely European vibe coffee shop. The baguettes were delicious!! I have been there several times, my favourite baguette is their signature “ Pear”. A great combination of creamy Brie cheese, sliced pear and crunchy nuts. I enjoyed every single bite of it.
