★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been trying to reach my son for weeks. The workers here aren't helpful! I would know if there's something wrong if I spoke to him. They don't know. Disgusting how they wouldn't even get him when we went to vancouver to see him.

The building is relatively new )2011) and has mental health and addictions support staff on-site.
Apartments are small but self-contained.
There also community activities for recreation therapy and social development. There are some active drug users there but the place is generally safe with lots of security features.
. You have to have a bit of a thick skin to be successful in an environment like this (I think so anyway). Staff is supportive but can only do so much. The more motivated you are the better are your chances for improvement

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WELL, SINCE I LIVE HERE, I can say that Pacific Coast Apartments ROCKS. $375/month for a room, GORGEOUS views of down town & Burrard Inlet, & FRESHLY COOKED GOURMET DINNYS EVERY NIGHT OF THE YEAR. A fairly new bldg., EVERY THING IS NEW, & the security is substantial, so you feel SAFE. There is a FANTASTIC cafe, in the lobby of the bldg., that sells BEAUTIFUL salads & baked items, & each room is COMPLETELY self contained with kitchenette & ensuite bath room. The indoor recycling & garbage facilities are to DIE FOR, & the activity rooms are just SUPERB. Overall, Pacific Coast Apartments is a FULLY functional FRIENDLY place that once you've moved in to, will provide a WONDERFUL home for years to come...
