I was just asking for an accurate date and they ain't able to give me that, instead extended the one day break for Tb shots into 5 days. This is not fair, I am student I have a job, I explained I've coming here for 300km away, and the only thing you said to me was sorry we don't have vaccine visit tommoworw
A	Alyssa Nguyen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my mom and i have been to this clinic for years now and have always had good experiences. recently my mom needed to see our doctor as soon as possible after her results came back. everytime the scheduled day came, she would be told that she was late by 5 minutes so she would have to come back 2 weeks later, this happened 3 times and dragged over 3-4 months. the front desk ladies are usually very kind and welcoming, but this was by far the worst experience we’ve had. i understand that the clinic can get busy, but if a client needs urgent care, it’s really unfair to make them wait months to finally be seen by the doctor. my mom got the most disrespect from a girl named Michele up at the front, please be more kind to clients especially when you’re one of the first people they’ll be speaking to upon arrival. Was very happy going here til the recent experience, quite disappointed.
M	Meg Bauman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dr. abdelhuss took about 3 seconds to assess my problem. told me i had tonsillitis, gave me a prescription, and in twenty seconds the appointment was over. fast forward 4 days later i am only getting sicker, so i had to spend my entire day at the hospital. the lovely doctors there informed me that i was misdiagnosed by dr. abdulhuss and i ACTUALLY have mono. as a result of his careless diagnosis, i now am getting a big rash from being prescribed amoxicillin. take more than five seconds with your patients and maybe you’ll help them, not make them MORE sick.
K	Kait Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never answer the phone, I have tried calling with no response 9 out of 10 times and I have sat in the clinic while they let the phone ring muiltiple times. Most of the ladys at the front desk are also incredibly rude especially the one with black hair. Would not recommend
M	Megan Lawrence on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently visited this clinic , Dr Huessien was very knowledgeable and helpful, the girls at the front reception were the sweetest , went above and beyond to help , and make me feel like I was more then just a number , also very pleased to be able to have blood work done on the spot . The nurse was great and I didn’t feel a thing :) We need more medical clinics with Doctors and staff like this, Thank you Dr Huessien and Staff for all that you do!!!!

I come here when I need urgent care and never have had to wait over an hour to be in and out unlike the Willet in Paris. Super great place with clean and modern furniture. Oml thing is the people that come in are sometimes a little odd but it’s Brantford, what can you expect.

After the recommendation of Chest X-ray, we went there again after 2 days and upon confirmation from Lab that the X-ray report is already submitted to the clinic. When we went to the clinic, first there was no response from them and the receptionist just told us that come again next day as we haven't received the reports and if it is sent by fax from the lab in that case our Fax operator is Working from Home so we cannot be able to get the copy of report. When we argued with receptionist, they escalate us to the doctor and doctor was supportive and he gave us the reports. One of the worst case I have experienced and poor example and scenario for improper Healthcare clinic reception management..
H	Heather Carlson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family has been with Dr. Hussein since shortly after the clinic opened. We have received excellent care and follow up, including throughout the pandemic. He and his staff have been professional, timely and proactive in ensuring that myself and family received appropriate care. He is also careful to seek advice or referrals to colleagues for more complex medical issues, as needed. Furthermore when he is not available, I've always been able to see another doctor through the walk in clinic.
