We never feel rushed and get our questions answered. Highly recommend if they are taking new patients.

When you call you can never get through lines are always closed so your onmy option is to leave a message. And when doing so they never return phone calls. I've called plenty of time and left multiple messages only to have them not returned at all even a month or more later . Very unprofessional .
L	Lorraine Curliss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a doctor for 16 years who knew nothing about me. He was rude and condescending. Since switching to doctor Tytus in caledonia I feel like a human again. I’m always treated with respect. Dr. Tytus is caring and explains everything to me so I understand diagnosis and treatments. All of the staff are great. The receptionist Jen is also terrific. My only complaint is I don’t always get a call back when needed. I understand the nature of their office and know they are busy (especially on Fridays). I’ve also used the virtual clinic and was seen by dr. Tytus senior. He is also a great doctor. Pleasant and caring. I would recommend this doctor and clinic to anyone.

Never in all my life have I known a doctor to go out of their way as much as she did! I’ve been dealing with a lot of health issues and she just went over and beyond. I am thankful for her and all the amazing staff at Haldimand Medical Clinic! Always friendly, fast appointments. Highly recommend them A+++++++
Z	Zy “zyplex1” Plex on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Ian metcalff, good man and doctor How ever the Caledonia clinic staff and nurse practitioners are a joke They should not be able to carry the title they have, they’re rude, think they are real doctors They be better of shutting this clinic down, They have no business being open and saying They can help you. That’s why I shop and have a new doctor in hamilton. To summarize do not take your family to this clinic.
t	tia jo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I questioned Ashely about a diagnosis and asked for a second opinion. From that point on there was no communication from the clinic about anything. Was under observation for other things and I was left to fin for myself. Tried to get a script filled for months and nothing, until the pharmacist sent another request stating that we've been waiting for months. Had to do research myself about the condition and went to another doctor to confirm that her diagnosis was wrong. After that I had no choice but to leave the clinic as they failed in helping me as a patient but instead just wrote me off.
