There is plenty of parking and it is so convenient as it is located right on Argyle Street, the Main Street of Caledonia. Staff are always very friendly and courteous. There are always plenty of excellent sales and they are always in stock. Always love to spend time just wandering around looking through their large selection of excellent products. Till time is minimal with no line ups usually. Store is always spotless and clean. Thank you so very much for your excellent service over the years Shoppers Drug Mart. I have always loved and appreciated it.
J	Jeremy Foreman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff can’t be bothered to be polite or pleasant. it’s actually really awkward when there’s 3 employees standing right beside you at the self checkout doing nothing but chatting and not one of them can say have a “good night” or acknowledge the customer. a lot of them need some training in customer service. the odd time the makeup girl will say hi but most of them just stare at the ground and ignore you.
C	Cory Hopper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drove to Caledonia shoppers from hagersville at 10:30pm to get a prescription for my 3yr old who was having an allergic reaction to something. After we spent all day at Hagersville hospital. Handed the prescription to the lady at the pharmacy at 10:45pm and she told me she didn't have time to fill it cause she was too busy and had lots to do. Considering this prescription could potentially stop another emergency for happening again tonight for our 3 year old. Not very professional or considerate. They also might want to consider that it's another 30 min to get to another pharmacy. Then an hour trip return

My family goes out of our way to get our prescriptions filled with them, because they do a great job explaining anything that is even remotely complicated in a very kind and patient way. Great job, and keep up the great work. The community appreciates what you do and the help you have given.
R	Ryan Kempt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've spent tens of thousands of dollars purchasing insulin from this pharmacy over the past decade, only for the pharmacist to act incredibly rude and disrespectful, a shame. Avoid this location, and perhaps Shoppers Drug Mart in general. Rexall and Argyle Medical Pharmacy are both in Caledonia and offer a far superior service (and at a lower cost) if you're looking for a better alternative. Hauser's in Hagersville, Hamilton and Dunnville are all great, lots of local options that appreciate the business. There is a reason this is the most poorly rated pharmacy in the area, avoid it. EDIT: Replying to the owner's response... I am not frustrated, I was more surprised than anything. I won't be calling that number, or providing additional feedback. I don't need to explain that when someone comes in trying to buy thousands of dollars of product, you shouldn't be rude, aggressive, and brazenly unprofessional. Instead, I will be avoiding this Shoppers Drug Mart, and I will encourage every person I know to do the same. For anyone else reading this, please do not shop here, do not support this horrible business. I regret ever giving them a penny of mine.
