K	Kathleen Danby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother called to ask if VHS movies could be copied to a DVD and was told yes over the phone. When she went in with her movies she asked the gentleman about the service. Instead of explaining politely that they cannot work with copyrighted materials he was rude, loud and unprofessional. I've been met with a grumpy man there before while buying a frame but didn't take it personally. Treating my mother like she was trying to pull a fast one on you is a deal breaker.
C	Colleen Kelly [Staff] on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's pretty terrible when you seem to know more than the owner does about photocopying. He clearly didn't want to help me. They couldn't do double sided copying, he said he couldn't fix the colour so I had to remind him that he used a different copier to get the colour correct on the other copy. This was a rush job that I didn't have any prior notice about, otherwise I wouldn't have bothered. And I wish I didn't. Preparing the packages the next day I found that the 3rd page hadn't been correctly copied making the entire presentation look unprofessional. I guess they don't proof their work. Had to reprint 75 pages on my own printer. Contacted them for a refund yesterday and the owner didn't bother calling back.
R	Reuben Baker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Any time I need my photos developed I take them here. I've tried other places like Walmart etc and the quality isn't as good as Foto Source. My only wish is that it would be more of a welcoming environment. People rarely look happy here.

R	Roaa Safar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this service. I went to have me and my son's passport photos. I hoped the owner would be welcoming and nice to his customers, but no he was totally the opposite. I didn't go to Shoppers so I could have my time at the Professional photo shop and decide which pic to be printed among several digital shots should have been taken in the session. But, the owner took only one shot for each of us and didn't even show us before printing them. When I told him I am not satisfied with my pic at all, he answered it is perfect for passport without even trying to solve my concern. I am really upset and I definitely don't recommend this place. Hopefully he would try to at least smile to his customers, so he won't lose them forever.? Noteing that the lady working there is very nice and I felt that she was eager to help us if she was able to.
