★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only reason I go to this location is because I am forced to use the postal Office to pick up packages. I can't stand the pharmacist here. Between the way he speaks to my wife and the fact it is pointless to call ahead for even the simplest items. I just got sick and tired of his incompetence and decided to shop at the 2 other pharmacies in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I filled a prescription there a few months ago, the lady was absolutely amazing. Her customer service was so fantastic and made me so happy to see her. I ran out of my meds this morning and I live downtown hamilton so i got her to transfer me to a shoppers around the corner so I didnt have to drive all the way to caledonia and then to oakville for work but that was the worst decision due to the customer service at the shoppers near my place. They were sooooo mean that it actually made me wish I drove to caledonia instead. I forget her name but I'm sure she knows who she is, next month, I'm coming back to you! Thank you so much for being so awesome! This is proof that great customer service goes a long way ♡

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff! Just like others have said, big store excellence, small town vibe. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable, and very helpful. All staff are friendly, even in these crazy covid-19 days.. I had to go for medication, post office mail and advice, and was treated great by all staff, pharmacy was great, Post office lady was great, and cashiers were great! With everything that's going on these days, I don't go out much, but when I have, in the other stores you can feel the panic/danger, not at all at Rexall in Caledonia. Thanks to those front line workers at pharmacies, and stores, healthcare workers, to all!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Angie was the greatest customer service I have ever experienced at a store in my entire life. Such fast and incredible working skills. I recommend giving her a raise for sure. I went in looking for chocolate milk and was greatly satisfied as she took me to it in the matter of seconds. I will never in my life shop at a different drug store after this experience with this impeccable service. I added a photo of the chocolate milk because it was just so bussin and if I’m being honest I think it has something to do with the person that sold it to me. Thanks again Angie
