The service we received from this dealer ship was over the top phenomenal, they answered any questions we had and did not make you feel like you were bothering them. We were going to purchase the car from another dealer, but he turned out to be very rude to me so we cancelled with them and am so glad that we did. I would recommend this "Family" dealership to anyone and if I am in the market for another car I will return here to purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though there were multiple visits before I purchased my 2021 Silverado I never felt pressured that I had to make a purchase. Each visit contained a detailed explanation of what would be included in all the options I inquired about including the related cost. When I finally purchased the vehicle there was even follow up messages keeping me updated on the progress that was being made so I never had to make an inquiry. Once the delivery occurred I decided to add a few items still hoping to have the vehicle by the weekend, it was mentioned that they would do their best and they did. Finally the time came to pick up the truck which concluded with a very detailed review of all the items within the vehicle.
Great experience, one that would share with others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking for a new Chevy volt after a few days of looking I saw the model I wanted. So I drove out to Caledonia on a Saturday walked in and Dennis Searles greeted me right away. asked if I needed help and what I was looking for. Set me right up with a test drive then when I got back we sat down and ran the numbers and he gave me a great deal! A couple days later came by to pick up the car,Dennis again greeted me at the door. I signed the papers then he took me to the car went through it and it’s features. couldn’t have been more helpful and was a great experience overall! I’d recommend searles and drive out to Caledonia if you’re looking for a new car

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Ordered a new colorado June 2nd 2021, received Feb 7th 2022. Truck has 4 runs in the paint, the undercarriage is rusty and a piece of trim is falling off. They also drove the truck 44 kms while they had it, exposing it to road salt and winter. Asked the dealer for a solution. They won't do anything about the rust, salt exposure or kms, said that I'd have to bring it in to assess the paint. Will not deal with again.
Update:
Took truck in to be assessed. Two hours of driving and my gas. They took the same pictures of the paint that I did. Said they'd fix it right away. That was 3 months ago and I'm still waiting.
Response:
It isn't reasonable to offer a rental that I cannot use the way I use my vehicle. I shouldn't have to sacrifice to fix a problem I didn't create. Other shops would offer a loaner, or something else. One solution isn't an option. It's a "my way or the highway" attitude which doesn't speak well for customer service.

Family friendly environment makes you feel like you've already been a valued customer for years. Zero pressure and very patient with all of my many questions.
